Since leaving the Army, Sir Michael has written and lectured extensively on peacekeeping and leadership to a wide variety of audiences around the world.
He speaks with authority about leadership and motivation, risk management in a terrorist era, the challenges of global peacekeeping. Military strategy is, of course, one of his favourite subjects.
